The Skeleton of an Expanding Business Building on the positive attitude we concluded with last time, we can now begin to outline some core ideas, and practices that will fuel your development and expansion. A substantial part to personal and financial growth is surrounding yourself with people that can help you achieve this. When you surround yourself with people that can not only help you do this, but are striving for the same goals, you will find that opportunities or MSI’s begin to appear. MSI’s (Multiple Sources of Income) are what form the skeleton of any growing business, and are grown from the opportunities that present themselves as a result of surrounding yourself in a progressive community. Additionally as this community strives for development you will find yourself rising above mediocrity, and this is a goal that you should definitely be striving for. Aiming to better yourself on a daily basis positively challenges and stimulates you and others around you. Two practices that will ease you through your progressive community are OPB’s and OPM’s. These are Other People’s Brains, and Other People’s Money. The first is certainly one that will help grasp and develop your MSI’s; because no-one has ever done it by themselves. The second may not affect you, or may not necessarily feature in your positive daily tasks, but as ever financial aid, is a factor in business. Finally a successful business is not built over night, but your decisions shouldn’t take this long. You should move fast to move far. Often your initial reaction to an opportunity or an MSI is correct. This practice is to produce clarity and clear intention in your thinking, but should not be used irrationally and irresponsibly. Additionally if you find yourself dealing with people that take too long in business, often enough these are not the people that you should surround yourself with. Remember to move far you should move fast.
